2.3 Market data

We receive public market data (prices, spreads, funding rates) from the following exchanges via their public APIs:

Binance, Bybit, MEXC, Gate, Bitget, BingX, AsterDex, Hyperliquid, Ourbit, KuCoin, OKX.

We do not collect, store or request your API keys, balances or private information from any exchange.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide core features (Trending, spreads, funding, splashes)
Process and manage subscriptions
Improve the app, fix bugs, analytics
Comply with legal obligations

Performance of contract (providing the service)

5. Sharing Your Information

Apple (subscriptions and Sign In)

Account data — while you use the app + 2 years after deletion
Push tokens — until you disable notifications

EU/UK users have full GDPR rights. California users have CCPA rights.

8. Children

The app is rated 4+ and not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in Russia and other countries where our service providers operate.
